This policy covers the cancellation of orders placed with GUARDIAN DRIVE SDN BHD 202501023916 (1625329-M). It applies to every customer from the moment payment is made.
1. When an order can be cancelled
The window is fixed:
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
2. How to request one
Two steps apply:
The Customer contacts the customer service team immediately with the Order Number.
The support team verifies the status of that order and confirms whether it is eligible.
3. How the refund is issued
Approved cancellations are refunded in full:
The refund is issued to the original payment method.
Allow 7–14 business days for processing and for the amount to be reflected in the account.
